Take a leap of faith, to create your Startup!
This is the third edition of Jump - Nova SBE's Pre-Acceleration Program.
It will take place throughout the Spring Semester following a hop-on-hop-off model. You can join and leave the program whenever it makes sense to you.
Applications are now open until Feb 6!
Value Proposition
Give the tools and knowledge so students can transform their ideas into startups.
What we offer
All you need to get that idea up and running
Knowledge on the go
From the moment you apply, onwards, you will be considered an entrepreneur! As an entrepreneur, you will learn by doing, there is no better way than "getting your hands dirty". From the start in Jump, we will ask you to work and build your idea!
Mentoring
By learning while doing, you will make a lot of mistakes. Some of these are really important to make, others can be avoided and that's where mentors come in. Further on, we will connect you with a mentor in your specific industry so that he can give you advice on where and how to go where you want to.
A Path
To get somewhere, you always need to follow a path. We, along with your mentor, will help you develop a plan of action with objectives and dates. This will help you envision your path to your objective.
Accountability
Nothing better than sharing your developments with someone and we are that someone. We will help you with whatever we can and most of all help you keep up with the objectives!
Network
One of the best things about being associated with a University is the network around it. Alumni from Nova SBE are in every industry possible and are always ready to help. We can get you in contact with them if you need it.
Exposure
At the end of Jump, or even during it if you want to, you will get the chance to show the world what you're made of! We will organize a final event to pitch your Startup where people from the Startup Ecosystem can get to know you and your idea.
Applications are now open until Feb 6!

Yes! We are going to address this in the Explore module of our program, during the Fall Semester.
How long does the program take?
Each stage takes 8 to 10 weeks spread across the semester from the beginning until the the Final Pitch. Sessions are scheduled according to the academic calendar and the available time slots on masters's schedule.
What do you mean by ECTs?

What do you mean by Hop-on-hop-off?
We mean exacty what you are thinking! You can attend the sessions that are more interesting for you and the evolution of your project. However to be able to attend you should enroll for us to understand whether it makes sense to invite a guest and to host each specific session. We really ask you to be responsible on registration and attendance.
When does the program start?
This module will start in 9th February, all the session days and the room where will it be held in our session's calendar above.

Well, you will be closer to it then when you started it and you will have gained a ton of experience and knowledge!
Why was Jump created?
It was a request that came from you, students! The Hub developed this program to provide more practical knowledge on the steps to get your ideas and develop them until creating a startup.
